One Gram Capsule offers fast, reliable, and FREE delivery across Pakistan. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi are typically faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Orders are not processed on public holidays.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders — there are no hidden charges, no delivery fees, and no minimum order requirement. The price you see is the price you pay. All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), meaning you only pay when your parcel arrives at your doorstep.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
