RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At One Gram Capsule, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident every time you place an order with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. If you receive a damaged item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email along with clear photo or video proof of the damage. Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we will process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or partially used will not qualify for a return or refund under any circumstances. We also do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or if the product did not meet personal expectations unrelated to damage or defect.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash as agreed. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to reflect.
